We will walk the man-made dikes that form the pools. The pools attract marsh birds and waterfowl throughout the year, especially during the winter months. Bald eagles, deer, marsh rabbits, otters and gopher tortoises. This outing is all walking at a leisurely pace.
Meet at the Visitor Center/Office parking lot.
Pack water and snacks. Bring hat, bug spray, sunscreen and proper footwear. Carry masks and hand sanitizer on the trail.
